Romanija mountain, Sokolac municipality, in the eastern part of the Republic of Srpska, about 30 kilometres from Sarajevo and Jahorina Olympic Center. Distance from Sarajevo Airport is 51.4 kilometres.

Construction of a mountain hut (ground floor and one floor), 9m x 6m base, on Romanija.

5.1 What type of project is it?
This is a greenfield project. Planned location is owned by Sokolac municipality.
5.2 Project status
Earthworks have been completed and master plan is prepared and available.
5.3 Reasons to invest in the project
Construction is planned very close to an ethno-village which would constitute a complete unit with this mountain hut. The planned hut would have a capacity of twenty rooms, including overnight stay and food, which would be charged and make the hut financially viable.
