KUZMANOVIĆ-KOMERC facility is an up-to-date business space, space of a modern design, in an attractive location, at the very center of the municipality.

The building is only 2.000 m away from the future Vc Corridor (Budapest-Osijek-Modriča-Sarajevo-Port Ploče), 30 km from the border crossing with Croatia-EU (Šamac) and in the immediate vicinity of the railway (direction Belgrade – Banja Luka – Sarajevo – Budapest). Also, it is about 80 km away from the nearest airport in Tuzla and 110 km from the airport in Banja Luka.
Considering that Modrica has a tradition in manufacturing, there is also a qualified workforce. In addition, the municipality, independently or in cooperation with the Public Employment Service of Republic of Srpska, schools and other donors, subsidizes programs for retraining and additional training of workers through various projects. The municipality provides scholarships for over 200 students of various occupations annually, so a large number of young experts for purposes of administration and logistics are available to the investors.
The Public Employment Service of Republic of Srpska regularly provides subsidies for hiring workers.

The Municipality of Modriča has established the Info Center for Investors and provides free assistance to investors in obtaining the necessary permits, developing business plans, introducing quality standards, assistance in applying for incentives for hiring workers.

6.4 Inputs by investor

Bearing in mind that this is a newly-built facility, only final investments are required for the adjustment of space for a particular activity, procurement of machines and other necessary equipment or raw materials for production.


7. Has physical location for project implementation been identified

Kuzmanović-Komerc business building is located at the very heart of Modriča Municipality, in Svetosavska no. 29 st. It is a private property. Infrastructurally, it has electricity, water, wood central heating, while the access and parking space is asphalted and equipped.

8. Have the activities on project implementation already started

The facility possesses all necessary documentation apart from the use permit.
