Ada neighborhood in Banja Luka, located less than 5 km from the city centre (Stepe Stepanovića street No. 327) on the main road M4, which directly connects the project location to the highway Banja Luka Gradiška and with the highway Belgrade-Zagreb, as well as with the International Airport Banja Luka.

4. BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION

It is planned that the residential-commercial building “EUREKA” consists of two bays and two parts: a residential part, which would include 48 apartments of 3,103.36 m² and a business part, which would include 6 commercial spaces of 1.138,88 m², an underground garage with 54 parking slots and additional aboveground 10 parking slots. The total gross surface of the building is approximately 8,652 m². There is a possibility for a flexible organization of business and residential units. The surface of the land on which the building would be built is approximately 5.000 m². The use of the name Eureka, as well as of the landmark sculpture “Manneken Pis” was obtained on the basis of the official authorization of permanent use of the trademark and sculpture by the “Brussels Innova / Eureka” Hall Brussels, on behalf of Mr. Mićo Gaćanović, who obtained the authorization based on the numerous international prestigious awards and acknowledgements, internationally protected and accepted realized patents, the 26-year long
professional and successful engagement at the International Salon of Inventions and research and new technologies “Brussels Innova / Eureka”, Brussels. Consequently, the commercial part of residential-commercial building Eureka would be a unique facility in South Eastern Europe, and in line with the purpose of the trademark “Eureka”. Additionally, the residential part could be turned into a hotel, depending on the agreement with the investor.

The facility is inscribed in the Regulatory Plan of Banja Luka City (MZ ADA Regulatory Plan, RP “Ada-Debeljaci 3”), which was adopted in 2006. The land is private property of Mr. Mićo Gaćanović in its entirety and has all the necessary infrastructure (water, electricity, sewage, internet connection, etc.).
