The total value of the programme in accordance with the Employment Action Plan for 2024, which was adopted by the Government of the Republic of Srpska, amounts to BAM 10,000,000. The Public Call includes: “Programme to support employment in the economy through the payment of incentives in the amount of taxes and contributions paid in 2024” and “Programme to support the employment of young people with university degree in the status of trainees in 2024”.
“Programme to support employment in the economy through the payment of incentives in the amount of taxes and contributions paid in 2024” has a total value of BAM 5,000,000 and will be implemented through three components:
I component: Employment with employers (payment of taxes and contributions paid in a period of 12 months from the day of employment of persons from the target group) in the amount of BAM 2,900,000 for 542 persons;
II component: Subsidizing self-employment, the total value of which is BAM 1,800,000 for the employment of 300 people;
III component: Training, additional training and retraining through a verified institution in the total value of BAM 300,000 for 100 persons.
“Programme to support the employment of young people with university degree in the status of trainees in 2024” whose total value is BAM 5,000,000 will be implemented through two components:
I component: Co-financing of employment of young people with university degree (trainees) in the total amount of BAM 4,287,600;
II component: Co-financing the employment of youth with university degree – children of killed soldiers (trainees) in the total amount of BAM 702,000.
