An initiative has been launched to amend the Book of Rules on the application of the Value Added Tax Law

The Government of the Republic of Srpska, at its 116^th session held on April 8, 2021 accepted the Information on the initiative to amend the Book of Rules on the application of the Law on Value Added Tax.

The Government of the Republic of Srpska proposes to the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations to launch an initiative with the Management Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH to amend the Book of Rules on the Application of the Law on Value Added Tax, with the aim of creating conditions for exemption from value added tax on utilities (electricity, water, gas and waste disposal) necessary for the final production of goods of economic entities engaged in production activities in free zones.
