4. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
Sports and recreation center covers an area of 24,321 m2. This complex is owned by the municipality of Bileća on a location near the main road. The complex consists of two buildings: Bećaruša on three floors of 397 m2 and a shared building of 712 m2. The rest of this complex consists of a yard, land next to buildings and sports fields.
The plot is equipped with the full infrastructure.

It is a building complex that requires minimal investment.
5.3. REASONS TO INVEST IN THE PROJECT
This complex is located in an extremely favourable location, only 100 meters from the intersection of roads leading to Montenegro and Croatia. There are airports in Dubrovnik and Tivat within a radius of about 60 kilometers, and the construction of an airport in Trebinje, which is only 30 kilometers from this complex, is also planned. Sports and recreation center, catering facilities with hotel accommodation, a home for the elderly, a residential complex are just some of the opportunities that open up for a potential investor.
6. PROJECT FINANCING
6.1. INDICATE THE ESTIMATED VALUE OF THE PROJECT IN EURO
The estimated value is approximately EUR 600,000.00, but this price is subject to change in accordance with the agreement between the investor and the municipality of Bileća.
6.2. PLANNED SOURCES OF FINANCING
Project financing is expected to be in full by investors.
6.3. INPUT BY LOCAL PARTNER
The municipality undertakes to exempt the investor from paying utility fees and charges for the first 12 months of operation.
Also, the municipality will subsidise the employment of young and socially vulnerable categories.
The potential investor will have the full support of the municipal administration with the aim of performing administrative and technical tasks as soon as possible.
6.4. INPUT BY INVESTOR
Investors are expected to: renovate infrastructure, develop space and create new jobs.
7. HAS A PHYSICAL LOCATION BEEN DETERMINED FOR THE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
The complex is located in ul. Srpske vojske, owned by the municipality of Bileća.
8. HAVE THE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION ACTIVITIES ALREADY STARTED?
Project-technical documentation was prepared, urban planning consent was obtained.
