Main Gas Pipeline Bijeljina-Banja Luka-Prijedor-Novi Grad
The route of the planned main gas pipeline in the northern part of the Republic of Srpska, from the border with Serbia near Bijeljina to Novi Grad, is largely defined. Follow the highway route.

- Pipeline length trough RS: 325 km;
- Pipeline diameter: 20 “ (DN 500)
- Planned quantity: 1mlrd Sm3 / year
- Pressure: 50 bar.
The required amount of natural gas for consumers in the Republic of Srpska is 1 billion Sm3 / year (standard cubic meters per year). Natural gas would be supplied to all heating plants on the main gas pipeline (replacement of fuels – mazut and coal) and industrial facilities (Brod Oil Refinery and Modriča Oil Refinery, etc.).
