The Minister of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Srpska, Vjekoslav Petričević, visited Celex, the Paper and Clothing Factory in Banja Luka.
During his visit, Minister Petričević said that the Celex Paper and Stationery Factory was one of the most positive examples of excellent business in the Republic of Srpska and BiH. He added that the Government of the Republic of Srpska will also support the purchase of new machines through incentive programmes.
“Whether through this type of support for the purchase of new technologies or through support for salary increases. Today, we talked about that topic, we informed the owner of the company of his right to an incentive to increase the salaries, considering that they had it in this accounting period, and so we want to give support in that way as well, “said Petričević.
In this company, they expressed their gratitude to the Government for the readiness to support the development projects of this company and emphasized that about 60 million KM have been invested in the development of production so far.
Every day, 20 trucks of toilet paper, kitchen towels, handkerchiefs and napkins depart from the Celex Paper and Clothing Factory in Banja Luka, and as much as 80 percent of the total production takes place right here and is exported to foreign markets. The factory in Banja Luka is planned to become the regional center of the group.
