4. BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Project purpose is to revive the existing production capacities of company Nova Tvornica Precistaca a.d. – in bankruptcy Rogatica, which is located in the territory of the municipality of Rogatica.

 

Present activity of the company is in the field of the automotive industry, as follows:

  • production of air purifiers and pre-cleaners,
  • air filters,
  • fuel purifiers, fuel filters,
  • oil purifiers, oil filters.

 

The new purifier factory has machines for processing by removing chips (lathes, milling machines, drills, grinders), machines for plastic bending and sheet metal processing (hydraulic and eccentric presses), welding and soldering equipment and devices, a paint shop, a laboratory, and filter production equipment.

5. PROJECT DETAILS

5.1 What type of project is it?

Brownfield – strategic partner sought for:

  • Reorganisation in bankruptcy proceedings,
  • possibility of sales of unused land (suitable for greenfield investment),
  • possibility of sales or lease of production halls (suitable for brownfield investment) .

 

5.2 Project status

Bankruptcy proceedings were initated in the legal entity A.D. “Nova tvornica prečistača” on August 30, 2023. The competent commercial court is the District Commercial Court of East Sarajevo.

5.3 Reasons to invest in the project

Favorable geographic position. The facilities are located in attractive locations very close to the center of the city. The municipality of Rogatica lies in the central part of the eastern Republic of Srpska, near the borders with Serbia and Montenegro.
Long industrial tradition, quality and availability of highly skilled labor, at competitive labor costs.
The grounds of company Nova Tvornica Precistaca a.d. Rogatica are suitable for the initiation of machine or another production and for storage. Possibility of sale of surplus land – suitable for greenfield investments.

6.1 Estimated project value in €

The founder of the company is the Republic of Srpska with a 100% ownership of the company’s capital.
The estimated value of real estate is EUR 1,858,632.91, and movable assets are EUR 734,413.03, or a total of EUR 2,593,045.92.
The reported claims of creditors total EUR 548,489.50, of which EUR 292,193.60 are separate or secured claims.

Complete project financing by potential investor.

The Government of the Republic of Srpska’s employment incentives, tax and duty reliefs, favorable treatment of foreign investors, agreements on investment promotion and protection, etc.

The facility is located on the grounds of company Nova Tvornica Precistaca a.d. – in bankruptcy Rogatica.
Available area: 37,387 m2 of land, of which 13,246 m2 is developed. The production capacities are fitted with complete infrastructure.
