The Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship has announced today a public call for granting incentives for direct investments in investment projects in 2021.
The requirements for exercising the right to funds, purposes, criteria for evaluating applications and other issues of importance for the procedure of allocating funds are prescribed by the Decree on the procedure for granting incentives for direct investments.
The right to incentives is exercised on the basis of a project of an economic entity, which may have as its subject the procurement of modern technologies and equipment, the procurement of new or used equipment that is not older than 12 years and development or innovation.
The total amount of funds, which are allocated to economic entities by public invitation, is 4 000 000 KM. The funds are intended for co-financing the part of the investment projects of economic entities implemented by entities in the following areas: textile, clothing and footwear industry, wood processing industry, metal and electrical industry (excluding production and processing of non-ferrous metals), rubber and plastics industry, paper industry and construction industry products, i.e. production of other products from non-metallic minerals.
Of the total amount of funds, at least 25% of funds are approved and allocated to economic entities that employ up to 50 workers or who have generated business income in 2020 up to 3 000 000.00 KM.
The public call remains open for 30 days from the day of announcement, all application forms can be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship of Republic of Srpska, and applications with the necessary documentation can be sent by post mail to the address of the Ministry.
