The Republic of Srpska Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship published on August 10, 2022, a Public Call for incentives for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), with the aim of allocating incentives to support the strengthening, development, promotion and more dynamic growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Funds in the amount of BAM 820,000.00 are planned for incentives for digital transformation, technical innovations and preservation of old and artistic crafts and domestic handicrafts, while for incentives for organising a joint performance of SMEs at fairs, i.e. exhibition and for organising fairs, i.e. conferences, planned funds are in the amount of BAM 187,000.00.

The incentives for digital transformation are only co-financing the new projects with 80% of the value of valid investments, ranging from BAM 10,000.00 to BAM 30,000.00.

The Incentives for technical innovation are co-financing only completed projects with 50% of the value of valid investments, ranging from BAM 3,000.00 to BAM 60,000.00.

For the preservation of old and artistic crafts and domestic handicrafts, only new projects are co-financed with 80% of the value of valid investments, ranging from BAM 1,000.00 to BAM 5,000.00.

In order to organise a joint performance of SMEs at fairs, i.e. exhibitions, only new projects are co-financed with 80% of the value of valid investments, ranging from BAM 7,000.00 to BAM 30,000.00.

For the organisation of fairs, i.e. conferences, both completed and new projects are co-financed, with 50% of the value of valid investments for completed projects and 80% of the value of valid investments for new projects, whereby the value of valid investments can range from BAM 7,000.00 to BAM 30,000.00.

The public call was published in the daily newspaper Glas Srpske and will remain open for 15 days from the date of publication (until August 25, 2022), and details of the conditions, criteria and procedure for awarding incentives, as well as all the necessary forms for applicants, can be found on the website of the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship.
