As part of the EU4Business Recovery – Response to COVID-19 project, a public call for support to SMEs in the textile, clothing, leather and footwear sector was published.

The application deadline is December 12, 2021.

The goal of the Public Call is to contribute to increasing the capacity of employers for the development of new products and services, digitalisation and more efficient use of resources. Also, the goal is to support selected employers to become more resilient through the adoption of sustainable business models, diversification of product profiles and markets, while maintaining the existing workforce and gradually creating the precondition for job creation.

Eligible applicants must meet the following conditions: to be legal entities registered in the territory of the Republic of Srpska / BiH, to belong to the category of micro, small and medium enterprises, to perform activities related to the production of textiles, clothing, leather and related products and to be directly responsible for project preparation and management.

The total budget of the Call is EUR 1.4 million. The amount of grants per project ranges from EUR 70,000 to 100,000.

In the period from November 15 to November 19, 2021 online info sessions will be held for additional instructions and information organised by the International Labor Organization (ILO). Interested applicants should apply to participate in info sessions by email eu4brecovery@ilo.org.
