In order to encourage investments in the municipality, the municipal administration of Brod gives a discount on the price of land in relation to the number of jobs that will be provided by the investor. For a specific land that is in an extremely favorable location, only 800 meters from the border with the European Union, the maximum cumulative discount that an investor can get when buying land is 80% of the starting price, i.e. land can be purchased at a price of 5.1 KM / m2.

INPUT BY INVESTOR

The investor should provide the following:

  • Business plan for the next 5 years in which it will be stated how and why the purchased land would be used,
  • To provide guarantees for the performance of production and service activities and the number of workers intended to be employed in the plant,
  • To accept the co-ownership relationship with the Municipality of Brod until the moment of fulfillment of the agreed obligations.

he location of the plot is 800 meters from the border with the European Union on the main road Brod-Odžak. This location was declared a business zone by the decision of the Assembly in order to create sales opportunities under more favorable conditions for the opening of new production facilities.
