The administrative portal of the Register of Incentives for registered institutions has been officially launched and is now available on the Internet address of the Register of Incentives in the Republic of Srpska, and its content is continuously filled with data from republic institutions and local self-government units.

In accordance with the Law on Incentives in the Economy of the Republic of Srpska, the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship has the role of administrator of the Register of Incentives.

“This is a completely new system, a unique electronic database of funds for economic incentives in the Republic of Srpska, which are allocated both at the national and local level. The aim of establishing the Register was to provide a clear and comprehensive overview of planned, approved and implemented funds for economic incentives.

We believe that this will ensure better coordination and exchange of information between institutions that provide incentives, more transparent insight into approved and allocated funds for incentives, and this database will be used not only for the needs of the Republic of Srpska institutions, but also to inform end users and all stakeholders”, said the Minister of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Srpska, Vjekoslav Petričević.

The Register of Incentives is available at http://regpodsticaja.vladars.net/  as two portals, the first as a public portal of the Register of Incentives, which is available to all, and which contains information on the Register of Incentives, current public calls and available incentives to interested users. The second one is  the administrative portal of the Register of Incentives available exclusively for registered users, i.e. authorised persons at the level of institutions.

After the data entry into the electronic database is fully completed, the Register of Incentives will provide public insight into the allocated funds for incentives.

At the initiative of the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship, the development of the software was supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and provided donor funds in the amount of 329,000.00 KM.

The establishment of the Register of Incentives of the Republic of Srpska, which are allocated to the economy, is envisaged by the Memorandum on Common Policies for the period 2018-2020, which was signed between the Government of the Republic of Srpska and the Union of Employers of the Republic of Srpska on December 10, 2017, as well as the Program of Economic Reforms of the Republic of Srpska for the period 2019-2021.
