The Minister of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Srpska Vjekoslav Petričević visited the company Komo a.d. in Modriča. The Komo company is engaged in the production of footwear intended for the foreign market. It currently employs 350 workers, mostly women.
Petričević said that by the end of September, the ranking list of businessmen who had received incentives for the year of a total of BAM 13,500,000 would be published. He assessed that such help would mean a lot to businessmen for investments and business planning, as well as making them feel more secure thanks to the government’s support.
According to him, he was convinced that the company invested in the acquisition of new equipment and new technologies, and added that he expected Komo being among the companies receiving incentives at the last public call of the Ministry.
