The Government of the Republic of Srpska is continuously working on creating and improving a favorable business environment. In that sense, with the aim of improving the fiscal sector and reducing the fiscal burden, the Register of tax and non-tax benefits was established, which is a unified overview of all tax and non-tax benefits that exist in the Republic of Srpska, both at the national and local level.The Law on the Tax System of the Republic of Srpska stipulates that all tax and non-tax benefits that are not entered in this register do not create an obligation to pay.
The price of electricity in the Republic of Srpska is among the lowest, both in the region and in Europe. The average price of electricity for industrial users in the Republic of Srpska was 0.065 €/kWh.
