Health care
In the Republic of Srpska, health care is provided in public and private health care institutions under equal conditions, and in accordance with the Law on Health Care (Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska, No. 106/09 and 44/15).
The types of health care institutions are:

outpatient clinic for treatment, health care and rehabilitation,

specialist family medicine clinic,

specialist clinic,

dental clinic,

health center,

pharmacy,

specialist center,
-
hospital,
-
special hospital,
-
clinical center,
-
institute,

Institute of Public Health,

health care home,

laboratory,
-
bank of biological material and
-
stem cell bank.
Health care is provided at the primary, secondary and tertiary levels.
A special form of population health protection is realised by the organization of public health.
The primary level of health care is provided in the following health care institutions: clinics for treatment, health care and rehabilitation, specialist family medicine clinics, dental clinics, health centers, specialist centers, health care homes and pharmacies.
The secondary level of health care is provided through a specialist clinic, specialist center, hospital and institute.
The tertiary level of health care is provided through a specialist clinic, specialist center, special hospital, institute, hospital and clinical center.

Foreign citizens or stateless persons are entitled to health care in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Health Care (Official Gazette of Republic of Srpska, No. 106/09 and 44/15), international agreements and other regulations governing this area.
